Life-force Activation, Kundalini Activation, Vital Energy, all refer to the awakening of a dormant energy, often envisioned as a coiled serpent, at the base of the spine in the human body.
This energy can rise through the spinal column, activating and purifying the chakras (energy centers) along the way, releasing traumas and stuck emotions & opening up your third eye.
It leads to heightened spiritual awareness, self-realization, and a state of profound enlightenment.
How does a session look like?
During the session the Facilitator plays music while people lay on their mats. Then things start to happen. Some people release emotions. Others start to move their body as if an invisible string pulls their limbs. No effort or breath-work needed to reach a very high state of consciousness.
It‘s a safe method where the energy starts naturally flowing through your body, the path of surrender - not the path of will.
